No purchase is necessary to participate in this prize draw. To enter the competition, participants will be required to visit https://muckypupphotography.co.uk/breed-of-the-month and follow the online instructions;
The prize is a photoshoot with Mucky Pup Photography and £150 credit to spend on artwork;
In order to be eligible to win, participants must confirm that their dog's breed and the month matches that which is shown the description above. The breed changes each month. Only entries that match the "breed of the month" will be entered into that month's competition;
Participants can enter the competition between the first and last day of the month;
All participants must complete the entry form to be eligible to win;
Participants who upload photographs of their dogs confirm that those photographs can be shared by Mucky Pup Photography to their social media in order to market to competition;
No cash or other alternative prizes are available and unless otherwise agreed in writing by Mucky Pup Photography, the prize is available only to the winner;
The winner will be selected at random from the entries and all decisions are final;
The winner of each month's competition will be contacted via email on the 1st working day of the following month;
The prize is non-transferable and Mucky Pup Photography will not be responsible for the inability of any entrant to take up the specified prize;
Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this competition. If Entrants choose to subscribe to the Mucky Pup Photography Pack email newsletter their data will be used for marketing purposes;
The decision of Mucky Pup Photography on any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into;
Entry into this free prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions;
The winner has 72 hours to accept the prize. This begins from the date of the first notification Mucky Pup Photography makes to the winner via email. Failure by winners to accept their prize within this time frame will result in forfeiture of their prize and a new winner will be selected from the remaining entrants.
