Mucky Pup Photography ~ what’s it all about?
Here at Mucky Pup Photography, the ethos is to provide you with fantastic, quirky portraits of your pets, without compromising on your pet’s comfort or safety. What that means is that my first and most important consideration is for the well-being of your furry friend, after all, a happy, relaxed pet will look all the better for it in the photos 🙂
I provide a mostly on-location photography service, which means that you’ll find me wherever your pet is most comfortable; that could be the beach, park, on top of a mountain or in your garden ~ You decide on a location and I’ll come to meet you. I’ll spend a bit of time getting to know you and your pet and then go about taking some shots. If your pet is of a nervous disposition, don’t worry I’ll take my time, letting them go at their own pace and letting them get used to the camera. The last thing I want to do is cause an animal distress. Shoots for one dog usually last about an hour, but if your dog is nervous, don’t worry about the time – allowances will always be made to make sure your pooch is happy and content.
Once the shoot is over, I’ll spend a bit of time on the computer choosing the photos to edit (this is always the hardest part!). I choose at least twenty of the best photos and will fully edit them; this usually takes about a week. Then they’ll be uploaded on to a secure, password protected gallery for you to view at your leisure. You’ll receive one free 7×5 print with the shoot – you just need to let me know which one you want. If you choose to have more or to order different products then all you need to do is let me know.
